Important Notice - READ ME

Although very rare, it is not uncommon for the occasional liquid-filled mousepad to leak for all liquid-filled mousepad manufacturers. The manufacturer of Mouse Messages®  AquaPad™ Mousepads has taken every precaution to ensure leaks do not occur. Yet, sometimes, despite best efforts, liquid-filled mousepads do leak.

The cause of a leak can be from: a spec of dirt existing in the mousepad liquid sealing process that is not visible to the eye; shifting of the mousepads during shipment or mistreatment of the shipping case during transit.

Notice the handling markings that are clear and easy to understand by shipping companies so the shipment should not mistreated. Should you receive a damaged case, notify your sales person and the shipping company immediately. Take digital pictures and note the case number and tracking number. This information will be used to file a claim. (See Claim)

Take note of the shipping case and other packing components. The mousepads are shipped in a heavy-duty outer shipping case. Each case contains a total of 100 mousepads. The total shipping weight is about 39 lbs. - less than maximum for all shipping carriers and easily managed. Inside are two smaller heavy-duty boxes of 50 mousepads each. Inside each box are 5 cartons containing 10 mousepads each. Each carton contains 2 shrink-wraps of 5 mousepads each. Each mousepad is then individually polybagged.

Mouse Messages® packaging insures the least amount of inconvenience possible should a leak occur.1

Minor leak: You notice a leak inside a polybag of a mousepad. Liquid is either visible inside the polybag or the back of the mousepad appears wet. With a small leak - no further dampness will appear on the balance of the shipment. This is a small problem with minimal consequences. No replacement is required.

Mild leak: You notice moisture on the outside of an interior carton, or moisture inside a shrink-wrap of 5 mousepads. Inside a polybag of a mousepad or two moisture and/or liquid exists. Liquid is either visible inside the polybag or the back of the mousepad appears wet. Open the shrink-wrap and polybagged mousepad(s) over a trashcan to allow any liquid to escape. With a dry cloth or paper towel, dry the non-leaking mousepads and use them. With a small leak - no further dampness will appear on the balance of the shipment.
